Founding President Candace Baggett is a recognized expert on office leasing. Her distinguished career includes 12 years practicing real estate law at Chevron where she handled owned and leased locations, including corporate headquarters and satellite offices, industrial sites, and an oil industry buyout of over 200 properties. Although her background encompasses landlord legal representation, Candace now works exclusively on behalf of corporate clients, professional services firms, and family offices.

Candace is a LEED Accredited Professional and has been named a 'heavy hitter' by the Houston Business Journal. She is a frequent lecturer at prominent continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the State Bar of Texas and The University of Texas School of Law.

Candace has served as president of the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA) and co-chair of the facilities committee of an arts museum.
